出入国管理及び難民認定法第七条第一項第二号の基準を定める省令の技術・人文知識・国際業務の在留資格に係る基準の特例を定める件

出入国管理及び難民認定法第七条第一項第二号の基準を定める省令（平成二年法務省令第十六号）の表の法別表第一の二の表の技術・人文知識・国際業務の項の下欄に掲げる活動の項下欄第一号ただし書の規定に基づき定める情報処理技術に関する試験は次の第一号から第十号までに定めるものとし、情報処理技術に関する資格は第十一号及び第十二号に定めるものとする。

Pursuant to the proviso to Item (i) under the activities listed in the right-hand column of the “Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services” section of the table relating to the statuses of residence listed in Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, as provided in the Ministerial Ordinance Establishing the Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Ministry of Justice Ordinance No. 16 of 1990), examinations relating to information processing technology shall be those specified in Items 1 through 10 below, and qualifications relating to information processing technology shall be those specified in Items 11 and 12 below.
